Unmasking a killer
A cleverly animated story of immunotherapy and new advancements in medicine for NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital by Noma Bar, working with animator Ale Pixel Studio and ad agency Seiden NYC. Immunotherapy is the science being developed to help your immune system fight cancer, focusing on the T-cells present in our body - an exciting prospect in research to cure cancer. The spot aired during Super Bowl 50 and tops the designers choice for its execution and heartfelt meaning behind the campaign.
'First in a series of films meant to increase understanding of new therapies at the frontiers of medicine, “Unmasking a Killer” explains the science behind immunotherapy. Instead of “talking lab coats” or difficult technical jargon, the film uses metaphor and story-telling, brought to life by a striking animation.'
