Vueltabajo, a wine that tastes better when shared
Futura creates a detachable label for a Mexican wine, paying tribute to Julio Cortázar.
"Every time I will feel less and remember more ..." quoting these words from writer Julio Cortázar, what a fortune it would be if we could save good moments, if we could collect them, to be able to relive them again and again. What would be better than to repeat a good conversation among friends, those that are accompanied by a glass of wine, or several of them, those we wish would have lasted a little longer.
Under this premise of gathering friends and accumulating moments, Futura designed a detachable label in which you can write the people with whom you shared this bottle of wine. The studio wanted to create something that looked different to what we are used to and that breaks with the standards on how a good wine should look. Futura used minimalist editorial design that is counteracted with paint strokes that intervene the black and white photos. It pays tribute to one of the greatest writers of our time. Wonderful product photography work by Rodrigo Chapa.
