Design is not linear. It is a kaleidoscope.
Accept & Proceed hits home run with Beazley Designs of the Year campaign
Another year has been and gone and the Beazley Designs of the Year exhibition returns to London's Design Museum at its new home beside Holland Park. The exhibition showcases the year's pinnacle designs across various fields including; Architecture, Digital, Fashion, Graphics, Transport and Product. This year, London-based studio Accept & Proceed lead by David Johnston, were put at the helm of the exhibition's print and digital campaign.
At their very core — designers are problem solvers. Accept & Proceed imagines the design process as an iterative filter over everyday problems. And how by optimistic innovation as well as a pinch of foolish enthusiasm, designers are striving each week to solve crucial and complex issues.
With this in mind, the studio created a transitional visual that simply and elegantly demonstrates design's influence within modern problem solving while hero-ing this year's lineup of surprising, insightful and inspiring projects.
Accept & Proceed are a design agency based in London with a large focus on branding and identity projects. Founder David Johnston can often be found giving talks at Glug events or at their own co-working space, Today Studios in Hackney.
